A: Absolutely!! I do not think you should hire a carpet cleaner if they don’t. Our Guarantee: If you are not happy with our work we will reclean the area for free. If you are still not pleased you pay nothing.

Q: Do you give exact appointment times?
A: Yes. Do to the nature of our service some homes may take more or less time than anticipated. Also, road conditions and traffic may upset our schedule. If we are going to be early or late we will call to let you know the status.

Q: Does Carpet Protector Really Work?
A: Absolutely. Carpet protector is an outstanding product that Floorrific highly recommends. In fact, most new carpet has protector on it – applied by the carpet manufacturer. However, protector wears off because of foot traffic on the carpet, frequent vacuuming, etc.
